In the fall of 2013, teachers from Dekalb Online Academy (DOLA) of the Dekalb County School District became part of a blended program; they were moved from a central location to different high schools. The purpose of the DOLA pilot program was to provide support to students at their local school that were taking online courses from DOLA, expanding on the success of summer school where teachers were available to students in computer labs two days a week. During the presentation, the purview of the program will be presented. In addition, the experiences of the teachers of DOLA will be shared- thoughts, challenges, success, suggestions, failures, and conclusions.
